Hypnosis helps calm the nervous system and access the subconscious patterns that influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Many of the habits, reactions, and beliefs that shape our daily lives operate automatically. Hypnosis creates a focused, relaxed state where those patterns can be updated in a safe and intentional way.
Clients often use hypnosis to:
Hypnosis does not override your character or values. You remain aware, in control, and always aligned with your personal boundaries. It helps you access parts of yourself that are already there with more awareness and intention.
Hypnosis is a collaborative process. Several factors influence how deeply and effectively someone experiences it:
Willingness and openness
You do not have to “believe” in hypnosis, but you do need to be willing to participate. No one can hypnotize you against your will.
Ability to focus
The more you allow yourself to follow suggestions and imagery, the easier the process becomes.
Emotional readiness
Some issues require pacing and gradual work. Hypnosis respects your nervous system’s timing.
Trust and rapport
Feeling safe and understood allows the subconscious to relax.
Hypnosis feels similar to being deeply absorbed in a book, movie, or guided meditation. You remain aware, you can move or speak if needed.
Most clients describe feeling calm, focused, relaxed but alert or internally aware. Some sessions feel light and conversational.
Others feel deeply restorative. You are always in control.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Some goals respond quickly, while others benefit from structured work over several sessions. Your 1.5-hour initial session allows us to gather information, clarify your goals, and create a personalized roadmap for moving forward.
What Is a Session Like?
Each session begins with understanding how the previous week was, relevant to the purpose of the visit. Hypnosis is done in every session and usually, some homework is given to help reinforce the work that was done during hypnosis.
